Work Place Counselling

The Olive Branch integrated Corporate Wellness initiative provides a platform for employees of corporations to focus on living a life that encourages positive physical and mental health. Our work-based programmes known as Workplace Health Programmes (WHPs) are customised to each organisation to enhance the emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing of employees. They are designed to help identify and resolve issues facing troubled employees and/or their dependents through various options such as short-term counselling, referrals to specialists or organisations, and follow-up services.

Seeking assistance from a counsellor at the Olive Branch is strictly confidential and will not have an impact on an employee’s employment record. Counselling helps employees address personal, non-work issues and concerns that could possibly affect their work life. Some of the issues that they may face include relationships, health, trauma, substance abuse, gambling and other addictions, financial problems, depression, anxiety disorders, communication problems, and coping with change.

WHPs have become an increasingly popular element of total benefits packages for small and large employers alike because of the positive outcomes they bring to the overall business performance.

We offer individual support services based on an organisation’s requirements. These include but are not limited to:

  • One-to-one counselling with employees, on-site and off-site;
  • Referrals to service providers such as legal and medical specialists; and
  • Customised workshops, training and talks.
