Sex therapy is a type of psychotherapy addressing concerns about one's sexual life by talking with a mental healthcare professional. A sex therapist will help address your concerns about sexual function, sexual feelings and physical intimacy, either in individual therapy or couples therapy sessions. Sex therapy can be effective for individuals of any age, gender or sexual orientation.

Sex therapy is usually provided by an experienced or trained therapist who has training in issues related to sexual and relationship health. Sex therapists do not have sexual contact with their clients, in the office or anywhere else.

Sex therapy is typically short term in duration, with a limited number of sessions. However, treatment plans depend on the concerns and goals being addressed.

She has an advanced training in the evaluation and management of a wide range of sexual problems. She uses individual and couple counselling sessions to help address physical or emotional intimacy concerns and intra- or inter- personal relationship issues.

Understandably, sexual health difficulties are not easy to communicate. Therefore, Dr Sri believes in integrating this professional setting with a wider and non-judgmental perspective, where you will feel completely relaxed and entirely at ease to initiate as well as participate in the sensitive discussion.

Within our personalised and confidential space, you can freely discuss matters close to your heart and make positive changes in the sexual quality of your life. Where possible, you may also learn to create a new sexual normalcy for a spiced-up relationship with your ‘significant other’.
